TAYLOR riANNE

Artist
Born in 1999, Blackburn, Lancashire, Taylor Rianne uses photography and social media to tell a narrative of different stories throughout her work. Using both digital medias she creates and captures the emotion of her subjects in a powerful and refreshing way creating an open dialogue of work discussing growing up with autism and mental health as a female in the 21st century and the power social media has on the mind.

Tipping the scales between the fiction and reality Taylor Riannes work is largely infleunced by the works of Anja Niemi and Evelyn Bencicova. exploring ideas of false reality to tell a story through the power of advertising, social media and art. Often combining elements of performance art through social media creating a completely immersive artwork like found in her most recent work 'Datura'.

Rianne also brings her own touch to commercial and commissioned photography working with a large variety of clients such as music venues, charities and bands across the north west
